Recorded in 2000, Buy Me a Pony is the work of Charm House, aka Steve Briscoe, Gerald Posselt and Martin Cooper who, over a year and a half of playing the SF Bay Area clubs, cobbled together a tight set of quirky songs. Rough, spare and never fully mastered, it remains a testament to the little band that could both clear a room and bring a tear to the eye of a sentimental cat owner.
